5. Legal bases & Google Consent Mode v2
GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), 6(1)(f), 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(a) as applicable (including consent for non-essential cookies).
Google Consent Mode v2 Compliance: Our website strictly adheres to Google Consent Mode v2 standards. By default, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage signals are initialized as "denied" until explicit user consent is granted via our consent banner.
6. Cloudflare and processors
Lumina FR uses Cloudflare, Inc. for CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, WAF and optimisation. Traffic to lumina-fr.org may route through Cloudflare.
Cloudflare may process IPs, HTTP headers, URLs, security cookies, threat telemetry and access logs in global data centres.

7. International transfers
Technical data may be processed outside the EEA via Cloudflare/cloud providers under GDPR transfer tools (SCCs, adequacy, etc.).
8. Retention
Contact messages: typically up to 24 months. Technical/security logs: shorter, longer during incidents. Cookie choices: until cleared or renewed.
9. Recipients
No sale of data. Sharing limited to processors (e.g. Cloudflare), authorities when required, and advisors when necessary.
10. Security
Reasonable measures including HTTPS, access control, Cloudflare mitigation and minimisation. Report suspected incidents.
11. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability via [email protected]. Complaint to Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD).
12. Children
Not directed at children under 16. Contact us for deletion if a child sent data.
