1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of lumina-fr.org, operated by Lumina FR. By browsing or using any feature (including forms), you accept these terms and the linked privacy, cookie and disclaimer policies.
If you disagree, stop using the site immediately.
2. Service description
Lumina FR provides informational/editorial content (guides, articles, advisory pages). Unless expressly agreed in writing, the site is not a contract for on-site works, installation, repair or a regulated professional engagement.
3. Acceptable use
You must use the site lawfully and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes: bypassing security; abusive scraping; malware; attacks (including against Cloudflare); misleading or unlawful use of content; impersonation; and submitting false information.
4. Intellectual property
Content and branding on lumina-fr.org are protected. You may view and reasonably share links for personal informational use. Mass reproduction, resale, model training or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited.
5. Content accuracy
We aim for useful, updated information, but content may be incomplete or outdated. We may modify or remove content at any time without notice.
6. Infrastructure, availability and Cloudflare
The site may be hosted, cached, routed and protected via third parties, especially Cloudflare (CDN, DNS, WAF, DDoS mitigation, anti-bot controls).
Interruptions, latency, maintenance, security challenges or blocking of suspicious traffic may occur. Continuous availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

External links (e.g. Cloudflare docs) have their own terms and privacy practices; we do not control them.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumina FR is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or damages arising from site use/unavailability, decisions based solely on published content, security blocks/network failures (including Cloudflare), third-party content or typographical errors. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lumina FR against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, submitted content or breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access upon abuse, security risk or breach, including via Cloudflare rules or equivalent controls.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your residence.
