Charging System & OBC Evaluation
The charging system comprises the On-Board Charger (OBC) converting AC grid power to DC battery power, along with the T2/CCS2 charge port locking actuator.
Key Diagnostics & Grid Compliance:
- Type 2 Actuator Lock Testing: Diagnosing charge port locking motor failures causing charging aborts.
- Type B RCD & 6mA DC Leakage: Verifying residual current protection on home Wallbox circuits under Belgian AREI Article 5.3.
- Synergrid C10/11 Notifications: Mandatory grid notification for charging points above 3.7 kW connected to Belgian DSOs.
